On the morning of July 7th, HAAST Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to summarize the Samsung Smart Factory project, aiming to report on the results of the factory improvement project and express gratitude to the individuals who have tirelessly contributed to the overall success of HAAST Vietnam.
Since May 2022, HAAST Vietnam's staff, along with experts from Samsung Group of South Korea and consultants from the Ministry of Industry and Trade, have participated in an improvement course covering many practical topics and subjects. On July 7th, HAAST Vietnam Industrial Co., Ltd. reported on the results of the improvement program, highlighting noteworthy achievements.
In addition to Korean experts, the Vietnamese consulting team also includes reputable experts with extensive experience from the Industrial Development Support Center (IDC) (under the Ministry of Industry and Trade).
The results of implementing improvements to HAAST's KPI targets set by the improvement program all showed a high achievement rate, including: improving productivity/product quality and improving raw material inventory value, reducing mold changeover time, improving process errors, reducing process inventory, etc.
During the factory tour, the delegation surveyed the factory firsthand to experience the changes taking place there. The efforts and learning spirit of HAAST Vietnam's employees received high praise from Korean experts and the Ministry of Industry and Trade.
With the overarching motto: "CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT, INNOVATION, AND CHANGE," it is certain that applying the knowledge and experience shared in this program will help HAAST Vietnam further improve its production and factory operations, thereby saving production costs, enhancing quality, reducing product prices, and delivering the best value to customers.
